There’s nothing to install. Account creation is online and takes only a few seconds. Once your account is created, you’re ready to start using the platform.
Your account is created instantly, giving you immediate access to the platform to create events, access support, and become self-sufficient. Typically, plan about two weeks to get familiar with the platform. After that, it will depend on your event timeline.

Yes, the platform is available worldwide. The back-office is available in French and English, and participant interfaces are accessible in 16 different languages. Additionally, our technical team can add new languages to the platform based on your specific needs.

Data Security and Hosting
Your data is hosted in three datacenters located in France.
We implement technical and organizational security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data stored as part of our services. The platform undergoes regular audits to meet the requirements of listed companies, including banks and insurance firms. Additionally, our staff receive tailored training and awareness programs, and only a limited number of authorized personnel have access to the data.
Getting Started with Eventdrive
You can create as many test events as you like on Eventdrive. We also offer training for all our clients to help them get started with the platform. Additionally, you have access to a comprehensive knowledge base. If needed, our Customer Care team is available to assist you throughout your experience.
We provide personalized support for every client, with a dedicated Customer Success Manager for long-term guidance. You also benefit from online customer care available Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. On your event day, you can request on-site support from an expert for hands-on assistance throughout your event.
Every new client receives training included in their subscription, delivered by an expert and tailored to their needs. Additionally, users have access to a help center, training videos, and product newsletters throughout their platform use.
If you’re already an Eventdrive client, you can create as many events as you like, including test events. Test events automatically generate test data. You are not charged based on the number of events you create.
Live Streaming
You can organize plenary sessions for top-down communication between speakers, moderators, or the production team and participants. Participants can access all available interactive services but cannot speak or activate their camera and microphone.
Workshops are also available, allowing speakers to share video and audio while participants can engage by raising their hand and activating their camera and microphone, similar to a Teams experience.
The studio mode lets professional audiovisual production teams broadcast their content directly from their equipment. Additionally, you can stream pre-recorded videos, such as trailers or teasers, as part of your event.
All these modes and technologies can be used simultaneously during your Eventdrive event.
The live participant limit is set at 7,000. However, for larger needs, please contact us directly to discuss customized solutions.

While we provide the Eventdrive platform for management and broadcasting, we do not handle on-site recording. However, we work with recording service providers and would be happy to connect you with them. We provide all the necessary tools for seamless broadcasting, whether for workshops, plenaries, or studio mode events.
The resolution ranges from 720p to 4K, depending on the live mode selected.

Multi-Event Application
A multi-event app is a mobile application tailored to your brand and image. It consolidates the events where you wish to offer mobile services to participants (badges, personalized agendas, practical information, interactivity, etc.).
Access to the multi-event app can be restricted to your employees.
Your brand and event communication services are available directly on your participants’ smartphones. They can access all the events they’re invited to in one app with consistent usability across events.
The app improves event communication with push notifications during the event.
Your organization’s multi-event app is available on the web (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) and as a native app on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

100% of server equipment is reused, avoiding the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) disposal chain. This reuse is made possible through repair and refurbishment, carried out in collaboration with our partners.
