The Story of Eventdrive

Like many ventures, ours began with a frustration: the inability to actively participate in professional conferences and the complexities of organizing events.

In August 2010, we launched the web application “myQaa” – standing for MY Question And Answer – during a startup competition at Microsoft in Mountain View. Our aim was to give participants a voice by offering a web app and a projected wall during events to drive engagement in professional settings. This innovation earned us a place at the Telecom Sud Paris incubator, where we spent a year and a half industrializing and commercializing our first product for event participants.

In 2016, we introduced Eventdrive to companies, addressing the entire event creation process from start to finish. Eventdrive positioned itself as an event communication tool, collaborating with clients to shape a roadmap that aligns with their branding, efficiency, data, and compliance objectives.

Companies such as Veolia and Société Générale have embraced our vision. Our strong relationships with clients inspire us daily to co-develop the product. This spirit of co-creation allowed us to navigate the challenges of the COVID-19 period, advancing our technology and enhancing our value proposition.

Today, we continue our mission to provide communication teams in companies and institutions with a solution for organizing internal, external, on-site, and online events.
